A widget for your home screen
What is left of your day and your streak, on the home screen and the lock screen. A tap opens the camera.
Alles, was sich an Lean State geändert hat, das Neueste zuerst.
Die Einträge gibt es bisher nur auf Englisch.
What is left of your day and your streak, on the home screen and the lock screen. A tap opens the camera.
A reminder in the evening on a day with nothing logged yet, and one when a meal you usually log is missing. Turn them on under Profile, Reminders.
Every entry belongs to a meal now, picked for you by the time of day. Today groups the log by meal, each with its total.
Quick add now takes a sentence, like “two eggs and a toast with butter”, and works out the foods, the grams and the nutrition. Correct it the way you correct a photo. Entering the values yourself is right below it, and on the iPhone the only way while offline.
Upload up to four photos of a meal and log what the model reads from them, with the same corrections as in the app.
A new account starts with its daily goal and the split into macros, the same two steps as in the app.
The same breakfast as yesterday takes one tap, below the log on Today.
Photograph the nutrition table on a package and a new food is filled in from it, ready to check and save.
A meal, a barcode or a nutrition label, from one camera. Switch with the words above the shutter or swipe across the picture, and pinch to zoom.
Foods and entries now carry sugar and salt, the way a label prints them, and Today adds them up for the day.
Fried in butter, the glass holds water: write it under a photo estimate and it is read again with what you added.
In a basement or on a plane, entries and new foods are kept on your phone and sent once you are back online. The foods you logged before can be searched offline too.
Every day you log something adds to your streak. Today and your profile show how long it is.
Take a photo of your plate and Lean State names the foods and guesses the amounts. Check the grams, then log them all at once.
Share a food you saved, and once it is reviewed everyone finds it under Verified. Withdraw it again at any time, or report a shared food whose values look wrong.
The app is now called Lean State and has its own icon.
One account for the app and the dashboard, so what you log on your phone is in the browser too.
Enter a name, the calories and the macros, and the entry lands on Today. In the dashboard, press N from anywhere to start.
Progress shows the calories of the last seven days next to your goal, and what you eat on an average day.
Save a food once with its values, a brand and what one piece weighs, then log it by the gram or by the piece.
Open an entry to change it, copy it to log it again, or delete it. The arrows above the log step back to an earlier day.
Set how many calories you want a day and how they split into protein, carbs and fat. Today shows how much of each is left.
Scan the barcode on a package with your phone, or type its number in the dashboard, and the food is ready to log.
